Reception Time

• Auto reception machine (only for Return to clinic) From 8:15 a.m.
• Window three From 8:30 a.m.

Patients returning to clinic (including patients with appointment) please use the Auto reception machine (image 1)
The following patients should visit the window three (image 2).

1. The patient who has renewed or changed his/her insurance card.
2. The patient who hasn't brought the registration card.

There are four auto reception machines.

If you come to the hospital before the reception time, please take the yellow plastic case in numerical order and wait until the reception opens.

How to Use Auto Reception Machine.

• Put the registration card (for clinical examination) to the machine in the direction of an arrow.
• Then you will see the department name you visit on the screen.
• Touch the department name you need to visit with your finger.Then the department name will change into yellow.(It can accept four departments at the same time)
• Touch "confirmation" button, and the color of the button will change into yellow, then the registration card come out from the machine.
• Put the registration card in the attached plastic case, and submit it to the counter of the department you need to visit.
