who wish to visit our hospital

  1. About examinations

    We will check your health insurance card and photo ID (residence card or passport) at the reception counter. If you cannot provide these, you may be refused medical care.

    The first visit to our hospital is a complete reservation system with referrals from your General Practitioner.

  2. About interpretation and translation

    This hospital does not provide services for translating medical information (data) from previous medical examinations. So, please bring your medical information translated into Japanese in advance.

    If you cannot communicate in Japanese, please come to this hospital with an interpreter.

  3. About medical fees

    For non-Japanese patients who do not have Japanese health insurance qualifications, the medical fee will be calculated and charged at 30 yen per point in accordance with the medical fee.

  4. About payment method

    Please pay by cash(Japanese yen), cash card(with David payment function) or credit card(MUFG、DC、UFJ、NICOS、JCB，AMEX，VISA，Master Card，DinersClub，Discover).
