Regulations for Using Cell Phone in the Hospital
The use of cell phones inside the hospital is prohibited because the radiation from cell phones affects medical equipment. But, following the results of research, use of cell phones is allowed in areas where there is no affect on medical equipments since October, 2005. Please observe the basic rules to avoid bothering others.
Rules in Use
- Please set to manner mode while you are in the hospital.
- Areas you can use cell phone and send text messages; Lounge, Meeting room, Waiting room, hall ways (except hospital ward, in front of elevators in hospital ward etc.)
- We have the sign board "TURN OFF THE SWITCH" indicating places where use of cell phones is not allowed, such as Examination room, Treatment room, ICU, CCU, Operation room etc.
- Please follow the instructions we offer.

- Use of cell phones is allowed in places where you see this sticker

- It indicates that use of cell phones is not allowed.

- It indicates that use of cell phones is not allowed. Please turn your cell phone completely off.
